Riviera Horizons is developing the world’s first Pagani-branded luxury condominium in North Bay Village, featuring 70 units across 28 stories.

The development, designed by Miami's Revuelta Architecture International with interiors by Pagani Arte, will offer units ranging from 2,000 to 3,300 square feet, and extravagant penthouses up to 6,900 square feet featuring extensive outdoor spaces with private pools and hot tubs. Future residents can expect a host of premium amenities, including a sky lounge, fitness center, spa, pet spa, and water sports equipment.

Envisioned to blend Pagani’s exceptional design with Miami’s dynamic lifestyle, the Pagani Residence will offer a range of amenities and is expected to be completed in 2027, joining a growing trend of luxury condos in Miami-Dade County associated with prestigious automotive brands, following the likes of Porsche Design Tower, Bentley Residences Miami, and Mercedes-Benz Places.
