To mark the distinction between traditional residential properties, Nexo Residences consciously moved away from conventional ownership models to reflect a more flexible, authentic and intensely personal experience. Different by design, Nexo Residences allow full rental flexibility including no-minimum short-term, seasonal or long-term leasing. 

All Units will include smart key access, smart home management, self-service package lockers, residential booking management, Housekeeping, and guest communication with On-Site Concierge Services.
